Bluella is an energetic and opinionated little girl who can be incredibly stubborn. She is always ready to engage in conversation about the state of BlueTown's economic climate, new legislation, and which is the better movie, High School Musical or Camp Rock! 

With a passion for learning, Bluella is an all rounder, respected by both her schoolmates and teachers. She attends the after school ballet club, where she is the star dancer, and is often singled out for lead roles in school productions. 

Bluella likes to be helpful and from time to time will earn a little extra money selling her homemade lemonade at local events. She secretly puts her small earnings in BlueGirl's purse in the hope of making life a little easier for her big sister. 

When she's not studying or dancing, Bluella likes to hang out with her precocious best friend, Suki. Having known each other since kindergarten, Bluella and Suki have plenty of adventures.
