Scraggle is BlueGirl's adorable cat. He is a playful and mischevious little fellow who adores prowling around BlueTown looking for mice, leftover chicken and Mr Boo Boo! Scraggle likes a good old scrap and he loves scrapping with Pink Pearl's pink poodle.

When he's not out looking for a good time, Scraggles loves nothing more than to curl up in his favourite chair at home and be stroked by his two favourite girls, BlueGirl and Bluella. Ah...this is the life!
